Agreement

By using Quivr (the app and quivr.surf), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, don’t use Quivr. Quivr is operated by Socialbounty LLC.

The service

Quivr helps surfers discover boards, track a quiver, log sessions, follow other riders, share reviews and posts, and (with Quivr Pro) compare more boards, save extra lists, unlock insights, and list boards for sale. Catalog board images and dimensions typically come from manufacturer sources; performance ranges may include Quivr estimates and are not guarantees.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account in the app (Edit Profile → Delete account) or by emailing alex@quivr.surf.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, sessions, comments, profile info). You grant Quivr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content inside Quivr so the product can work. You represent that you have the rights to post what you share and that it doesn’t violate law or these Terms.

Community rules

Don’t post or use Quivr to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse others
• Share illegal, pornographic, hateful, or graphic violent content
• Spam, scam, impersonate, or mislead
• Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy
• Attempt to break, scrape abusively, or disrupt Quivr

You can report content or profiles in the app. You can block other users so their content no longer appears for you. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report concerns in-app or to alex@quivr.surf.

Quivr Pro subscriptions

Quivr Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if you don’t cancel before it ends. Apple processes the payment; Socialbounty LLC never sees your full payment-card details.

• Monthly — Quivr Pro, 1 month. Price shown in the app at purchase (USD storefront options include $1.99, $3.99, and $7.99).
• Yearly — Quivr Pro, 1 year. Price shown in the app at purchase (USD storefront options include $14.99, $29.99, and $59.99).
• Where Apple offers it, new paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Some plans are offered without a free trial. If you cancel during a trial you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
• The subscription automatically renews at the same plan’s price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or in Quivr: Profile → Edit → Quivr Pro → Manage plan). Deleting your Quivr account does not cancel the App Store subscription.

Core Quivr — search, your quiver, the feed, and share cards — stays free. Pro unlocks extra compare slots (up to 4 boards), more than two custom lists, up to five saved coasts on Home, Quivr Insights, and listing boards for sale. We may also grant complimentary Pro for a limited time (including a 90-day gift for accounts created before Pro launched). Complimentary access is not an App Store subscription and does not auto-renew; it ends on the date shown in Edit Profile.

Prices are in USD and may vary by storefront. Apple’s terms for in-app purchases also apply: Apple Standard EULA.

Third-party services

Sign-in with Apple/Google and optional Strava connections are subject to those providers’ terms. Quivr is not responsible for third-party services or manufacturer product claims.

Disclaimers

Quivr is provided “as is.” Board recommendations, size guidance, and AI-assisted estimates are informational only — surfing involves risk, and you are responsible for your own equipment choices and safety. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Socialbounty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quivr.
