Agreement

By using Quivr (the app and quivr.surf), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, don’t use Quivr. Quivr is operated by Socialbounty LLC.

The service

Quivr helps surfers discover boards, track a quiver, log sessions, follow other riders, and share reviews and posts. Catalog board images and dimensions typically come from manufacturer sources; performance ranges may include Quivr estimates and are not guarantees.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account in the app (Edit Profile → Delete account) or by emailing alex@quivr.surf.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, sessions, comments, profile info). You grant Quivr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content inside Quivr so the product can work. You represent that you have the rights to post what you share and that it doesn’t violate law or these Terms.

Community rules

Don’t post or use Quivr to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse others
• Share illegal, pornographic, hateful, or graphic violent content
• Spam, scam, impersonate, or mislead
• Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy
• Attempt to break, scrape abusively, or disrupt Quivr

You can report content or profiles in the app. You can block other users so their content no longer appears for you. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report concerns in-app or to alex@quivr.surf.

Third-party services

Sign-in with Apple/Google and optional Strava connections are subject to those providers’ terms. Quivr is not responsible for third-party services or manufacturer product claims.

Disclaimers

Quivr is provided “as is.” Board recommendations, size guidance, and AI-assisted estimates are informational only — surfing involves risk, and you are responsible for your own equipment choices and safety. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Socialbounty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quivr.
